I directed a commercial for the Adelaide Cabaret Festival. We shot it at Club Cumming, and because of covid restrictions the bulk of filming had to take place outside in what we laughingly called the Club Cumming cabana, the covid era shed we were allowed to erect on the sidewalk to allow us to stay open. It was the most freezing day and we were all chilled to the bone but thankfully we were miming to a track so the musicians’ numb fingers didn’t affect their playing!
